Tripp has been in the real estate industry since 1980 when he obtain his BBA degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He later earned his MBA from Mercer University. Tripp has presented for his firms, The Alabama Association of REALTORS®, THE Alabama Real Estate Commission, Barney Fletcher Enterprises, The Georgia Association of REALTORS®, The Georgia Institute of Real Estate, The Georgia Real Estate Commission, and The Real Estate Educators Association. Recently Tripp has begun professional and life coaching as a Registered Corporate Coach.

Ennie Antoine, ABR, CRS, e-PRO, MBA, REALTOR® is a leader and professional REALTOR® who combines his passion for the industry with his unrelenting commitment to education and the REALTOR® organization. He is the past President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and an active agent with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate, the largest real estate firm in Georgia.

Ann CyphersAnn Cyphers, CCIM

Ann, President of Cyphers Brokerage Associates, Inc., has been extremely active in the Atlanta commercial real estate scene for many years. Prior to forming her own company, she was Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle, with responsibilities that included training, new business development and the marketing and leasing of Monarch Center for Lendlease and Securities Centre for TA Associates. Ann is a graduate of Georgia State University.

Foster C. Fitzhugh

After receiving his BSc and MSc , Foster pursued a career in research chemistry culminating with the position of Senior Vice-President of R&D. He has been licensed in three states and was a member of the million dollar club. Currently, Foster is a licensed broker and licensed instructor in Georgia. He is passionate about the industry and brings a sense of humor, real life experiences, and a knowledge of the industry that he enjoys sharing with students. Foster is a recognized expert witness in multiple jurisdictions and is a graduate of the Kerras School of Negotiating and Advanced Negotiating . He teaches Salesperson pre-license, broker pre-license, and CE courses.

Joy FitzpatrickJoy Fitzpatrick

Joy has been in the title insurance industry for over 20 years. Since 1990 she has instructed real estate Prelicense courses and authored numerous Continuing Education courses. Joy is licensed as a broker in Georgia and specializes in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

Joe KennedyJoe Kennedy, ABR, ASR, CBR, C-CREC, DREI

Joe has been involved in real estate education since 1977. During his real estate career, he has served as director of several of Georgia's prominent real estate education providers. Joe is a Past President of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, as well as the Region 5 Past President of the National Real Estate Educators Association. He remains active in both his real estate practice and in education and firmly believes "One must be active in the industry to become not only an effective educator, but an effective mentor." Joe holds numerous professional designations and is the founder of the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) designation.

Gary LeeGary Lee

Licensed in 1998, Gary started out as an buyers' assistant and then was ready to be a full agent in 2000. In 2006, he acquired his Broker License and has served as an associate broker at a large south Atlanta company. Gary is now a partner in a fast growing Property Management company on the south side of Atlanta. Gary has continued to succeed in a variety of ways. While producing sales, he has also held multiple positions with the Metro South Board of REALTORS®, National Association of Property Managers, and even Chapter President of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. Gary's out of the box thinking, brings a different approach to real estate.

Karen LoftusKaren Loftus, GRI, SRS

Holds a BS in secondary education from Mansfield University. After moving South, she obtained her real estate license in 1985 and earned her associate broker's license in 1994. Karen is a Certified Residential Appraiser, a licensed instructor for the Georgia Real Estate Commission and teaches sales and broker pre-license classes as well as pre-license appraisal. She has also served as a director for both her local board and GAR since 1991. Karen has chaired and served on many GAR committees including the GRI Board of Governors and was the GRI Dean in 2007. She was selected as the Gwinnett County REALTOR® of the Year in 1995 and was the NAMAR candidate for GAR REALTOR® of the Year in 1995 and 2005. Karen received the GAR President's Award in 2005. She is a graduate of the 2008 GAR Leadership Academy.

Tamalla MalletTamalla Mallet

Tamalla B. Mallet, CMCA, GRI has been focusing on the real estate industry since 2001. She became a licensed Broker in 2004, a licensed real estate Instructor in 2006 and has also worked in the community association field since 2009. Tamalla has worked for over 20 years managing people and processes. She has more than 15 years experience coaching, consulting, teaching and training individuals and companies attuning them to opportunities for success at all levels. She is presently owner and Qualifying Broker of FSBO Realty, LLC which is a referral company and Learning You Education, LLC which specializes in coaching and training real estate professionals, community association board members, vendors and staff. Her teaching style incorporates real life experience, as well as, humor to help her students retain information and enjoy class. Tamalla actively participates with CAI (Community Associations Institute) and is a member of both the Georgia Chapter Education and Social Committees. She also currently serves on the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA) Board of Directors and as the Events Chairperson.

Ed Riggins, SIOR, CCIMEd Riggins, SIOR, CCIM

Ed Riggins is a Senior Vice President in the Atlanta office of Cresa where he has often been among the top producers since moving his practice to the firm in 2000. A 30-year real estate veteran, Ed provides real estate advisory (tenant rep) services to corporate clients. Prior to joining Cresa, Ed worked on the agency (landlord rep) side of the business, representing both institutional and entrepreneurial landlords. A Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, he is among less than 1% of practitioners nationally to hold both the SIOR and CCIM designations. He speaks on a variety of topics to business groups, and he has taught courses for GIRE since 2001. Ed has also performed live standup and improv comedy. Ed's articles have appeared in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Air Cargo World, Today's Facility Manager, Black's Guide, and Georgia Engineer magazines. Kristy SerkedakisKristy Serkedakis

Kristy Serkedakis has been involved in all phases of real estate: listing, selling, recruiting, managing, training, coaching and relocation. She has been a pre-license, post license and continuing education instructor for over 35 years. Kristy co-owned, Century 21 Across Atlanta, a multi-office company in north Atlanta for more than 30 years. In 2009, her company merged with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers. Kristy is on the corporate staff of Metro Brokers at their office in Sandy Springs and serves as the VP of Career Development. In addition to teaching pre-license classes, Kristy teaches a number of CE classes on a regular basis. She is active in the Cobb Association of REALTORS®, served as its President for two consecutive terms and was the recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2012, The Georgia Real Estate Educators Association honored her as their "Instructor of the Year".

Dave Thomas, CCIMDave Thomas

Dave is a native Atlantan and has over 38 years of experience in commercial investment real estate. He is the broker for RE/MAX Commercial Atlanta and has been named REALTOR® associate of the Year, Exchanger of the Year for Georgia and has achieved the Phoenix Award for outstanding sales. David enjoys teaching real estate and has taught courses at Georgia State and Oglethorpe Universities. He has been an instructor for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute as well as the National Association of REALTORS®. David has been a Dean of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. He maintains membership with the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, AGREE, and CCIM. In addition to his real estate brokerage, David Thomas is President of Base Company, Inc. which is the oldest operating Qualified Intermediary Service for Internal Revenue Code 1031 Exchanges.
