To better serve the growing second-home and resort real estate sector, the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) is offered by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Earning Your RSPS Certification

Completion of the Resort and Second-Home Markets course is required of members in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®, in addition to either completing two elective courses or holding a qualifying designation.
