Charting Your Commercial Career

24 Hr. CE Series: February 20, 21, 23, 24

This series will provide even the most experienced agent with insightful knowledge into the commercial industry. Each 3-hour class can be taken on a one-off, stand-alone basis for Continuing Education, and the material has been written with an eye toward being valuable even to non-commercial practitioners.

About the Instructor

Ed Riggins, SIOR, CCIMEd Riggins, SIOR, CCIM
Ed Riggins is a Senior Vice President in the Atlanta office of Cresa where he has often been among the top producers since moving his practice to the firm in 2000. A 30-year real estate veteran, Ed provides real estate advisory (tenant rep) services to corporate clients. Prior to joining Cresa, Ed worked on the agency (landlord rep) side of the business, representing both institutional and entrepreneurial landlords. A Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, he is among less than 1% of practitioners nationally to hold both the SIOR and CCIM designations. He speaks on a variety of topics to business groups, and he has taught courses for GIRE since 2001. Ed has also performed live standup and improv comedy. Ed's articles have appeared in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Air Cargo World, Today's Facility Manager, Black's Guide, and Georgia Engineer magazines. He is a graduate of Auburn University and has completed Harvard's Program on Negotiation.
