CRS 183 & 121 this Summer!

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 5% of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.

Two great CRS courses will be offered this October at GIRE. CRS 183, "Silver Bullet Solutions" will be held on June 21st and CRS 121, "Win-Win Negotiation Techniques" will be held on June 22nd. Both courses are co-sponsored by GIRE and the Georgia Chapter of CRS.

Learn the basic real estate principles of Georgia law during this 24 Hour CE Series. Courses will cover the transition process and turnover from declarant control to an owner-elected board of directors, the responsibilities of directors and officers of community associations, the federal laws regulating enforcement issues in community associations, how to deal with common contract pitfalls, and much more. Students will also be introduced to the numerous books and records a corporation is required to keep pursuant to Georgia law as well as learn to create operating and capital reserve budgets, how to evaluate a debtor for potential collections and what to expect when litigating a collection matter.
